The RCM is a single compliance mark that signifies adherence to two key schemes: the Electrical Equipment Safety System (EESS) and the ACMA’s labeling requirements. The use of one mark simplifies the compliance process for the industry, saving time and money by eliminating the need to track and apply multiple approval numbers. This also makes it easier for consumers to recognize compliant products. The RCM’s use, including its location and size on the equipment, is governed by the Australian Standards AS/NZS 4417.1 and AS/NZS 4417.2. 🇦🇺🇳🇿
